Our Client, a family estate office based near Kensington, is in need of an articulate, charming and well-educated candidate who is looking to progress.

This junior role would suit a first or second jobber with some office admin experience and perhaps the desire to embark on a career in property management.

This is a happy and friendly environment and a great opportunity to join a close knit team that manages high end properties, both commercial and residential, in Central London on behalf of a Family Estate. Initially, you will be helping to support the smooth running of the office with all administrative functions such as answering calls, manning reception, boardroom prep for meetings, website maintenance, keeping office supplies up to date, using MS Office to prepare documents, scanning etc but they are really interested in someone who is flexible and team spirited enough to turn their hand to anything. This will include getting out and about in London to liaise with contractors and HNW landlords and tenants, so you must be confident and able to communicate well.

The role offers plenty of scope for progression and we would welcome candidates who are keen to progress quickly and be trained as a Property Manager, a career which commands an attractive salary and is much in demand. They will even offer support with the ARLA qualification if you choose to back up practical experience with a professional qualification.

Candidates with Quest Profession Qualification or similar would be great. Must be proficient in MS Office packages and have a cheerful and flexible disposition.

Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm and good time keeping is a must!
