Our client a major UK retailer looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to support first line support for stores, head office and distribution.
Overview of the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has some previous experience working in a basic IT Helpdesk role who has an understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products and is able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic problems, You will be providing first line support to internal customers across a variety of systems and you will work closely with the team.
Key skills and experience required:
You will need to be well spoken with excellent communication skills
A calm and confident telephone manner
Strong customer service focus
Proven helpdesk or Telephone customer support role experience
Good technical knowledge of computer systems/mobile devices
Tech Savvy with a real interest in IT/Technology
