TEAM ASSISTANT
CHANCERY LANE/ST PAULS
£24,000-£25,000 

THE CLIENT:
Successful financial services firm based in beautiful offices close to Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, looking for a capable, hardworking Team Assistant to join the friendly team. 


THE ROLE:

• Varied Team Assistant role providing admin, PA and secretarial support to a team of 6
• Assist with document and presentation production 
• Liaise with clients, organise client meetings
• Update CRM system
• Book travel and accommodation
• Book meetings and organise lunches and refreshments 
• General administration including filing and copying
• Answering calls, responding to emails and written correspondence

THE PERSON:
Previous administrative or secretarial/PA experience required, ideally within a Team Assistant or Team Secretary role, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage their own workload.

• Excellent organisational skills
