Office Manager Executive Assistant

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a graduate calibre Office Manager/E.A./Investor Relations candidate with circa 5 years’ experience working within Finance (P.E., A.M. H.F. or similar).  The role would be working out of beautiful offices in Mayfair and duties will include:-

  • Overseeing the running of the office – ordering supplies, liaising  with IT company etc.
  • Booking conference calls, video conference etc.
  • Look after travel and hotel bookings for colleagues visiting from N.Y.
  • General marketing – creation and binding of marketing materials.
  • Opportunity to assist with Investor Relations.

Skills  required:-

  • Interest in Hedge Fund/Asset Management and desire to learn.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong academic qualifications.
  • Polished, excellent inter-personal skills – you will be liaising with clients, investors on regular basis.
