Team PA / Marketing Coordinator

A Prestigious Property Consultancy based in  Mayfair are looking for a Team PA / Team Administrator with an interest in marketing. Based in the fast-paced Capital Markets team, they are looking for a highly experienced team administrator with a real interest in developing their business and marketing skills.

Reporting to the Head of the Capital Markets Team, this is a fast-paced, dynamic role, covering all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the group. Ideally suited to candidates who enjoy a “no two days are the same” culture and a desire to learn new skills and efficient ways of working.
Main Responsibilities

Full range of administrative duties to support the team  include:

• Extensive diary management; booking meetings both internally and externally with clients, arranging meeting rooms and ordering refreshments as and when required.
• Coordinating and organising the team’s marketing initiatives and client-related activities/events. Supporting Client Partners with the organisation and minutes for client team meetings and updating client plans.
• Updating and managing the team’s input into the CRM system and client portals
• Gathering and collating information from online sources, e.g. Land Registry and Promaps.
• Liaising with central support functions such as HR, ICT, Marketing and Facilities on any issues experienced by the team.
• Inducting new starters into the team in respect of administrative processes.
• Updating the internal HR system with holiday and sick leave.
• Other duties commensurate with the position/the needs of the team.

We are looking for a dynamic  Administrator/ Team PA with exposure or proven interest in the marketing side. You must have experience in supporting a large team in a busy , fast moving professional services firm.
