At Impact, we are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Manager/Facilities Manager for a Global Film Agency based in Central London. You will be responsible for the monitoring and upkeep of constant quality at the workplace throughout the day and ensuring health and safety within the workplace is always observed. You will assist on projects, help out on reception, help maintain health and safety within the office, assisting with the coordination and set up of special events within the office and some ad hoc administrative task as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, be a team player, self-motivated hands on and strong attention to detail. You must be accustomed to multitasking in a fast paced-environment, with the ability to anticipate needs and respond accordingly.
