VWA is working on a fantastic Data Administrator opportunity starting as soon as possible on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Our client is a successful asset management firm looking for an inquisitive, organised Data Administrator to join their team.

A successful Data Administrator will enjoy research and gathering information in a focused and accurate manner. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed for gathering information from clients over the phone or through email.

This Data Administrator role involves, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing records and cleaning data within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with an organised and methodical approach;
• Creating new client accounts on a database;
• Contacting external clients and contacts to gather information, by both phone and email;
• Discretion of confidential and sensitive nature;
• Providing other ad hoc assistance as required.

Experience working with databases and running reports with a high-level of accuracy, enthusiasm and confidence is preferred for this Data Administrator role.

The core hours of this 3-month fixed-term contract is 8:30am to 6:00pm and our client is willing to pay up to £30K (yearly equivalent).
