HR Manager - Part Time 3 or 4 days a week

This is a OUTSTANDING opportunity for a HR Manager - Part Time based near Covent Garden (Central London). We are seeking a confident and experienced HR Manager who is passionate about improving a better working environment by implementing new processes and procedures. Open to either 3 or 4 days a week.

Contract: Permanent / Part Time

Hours and Days: Hours and Days are both flexible (around 09:30am - 05:30pm)

Location: Central London

Job Description:

• Working with the Senior Managers to understand their business challenges and opportunities in order to create and deliver strategies and programmes
• Draw up development plans, in order to identify training needs, retention strategies and succession plans
• On-boarding session and ensure each new joiner has a great on-boarding experience
• Massive project on performance management processes to ensure that all of our people receive a meaningful performance review and that robust development plans are in place for all employees, sourcing external suppliers to deliver the programmes when needed
• Share fresh ideas, interesting initiatives in the external people market and new employee legislation
• Provide support in the day-to-day tasks of their role
• Ensure employees are engaged; feel they are being developed and have a good understanding of their career road map

• CIPD Level 7 and qualified
