My client is a boutique, family run Accountancy Firm based in Marylebone, looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Founders. They are seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager who is highly efficient, well presented and very friendly and charming.
Ideally you will have experience in book keeping / using SAGE, be happy working autonomously as well as being a team player.
Main Responsibilities:
This Executive Assistant must be adaptable to the different working styles of the co-Founders. You will be responsible for ensuring their appointments are running to schedule as well as maintaining a smooth running of the office.
Your duties may include:
- Managing 2 electronic diaries
- Raising sales invoices
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Filling out Tax Returns
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Ordering stationery
- Organising company Christmas party
