Marketing Associate

£30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Specific duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the company's website from site architecture to content creation, basic coding work and management of relationship with agency who will undertake more complex coding/building work.
  • Working closely with members of the Investment, Wealth Planning and Client Services teams in order to develop technical content of marketing literature improve client understanding and experience.
  • Responsible for planning, copy-writing, designing and producing the firm's marketing literature including the Monthly Blogs, Investment Newsletters and other regular client communications.
  • Responsible for putting together monthly Factcards and sales deck presentations.
  • Responsible for the firm's advertising activity across a variety of media platforms, planning effective campaigns for private clients and intermediaries.
  • Organising and overseeing events
  • Managing the sponsorship of LondonSports including liaising with the charity and overseeing the Charity event.
  • Responsible for all social media initiatives including SEO and specific campaigns, ensuring relevant Financial Promotion Regulations are adhered to.
  • Creating press releases and, when appropriate, managing the relationship with the company PR agency ensuring that the firm appears regularly in national and trade publications.
  • Ensuring that the firm is entered into relevant industry awards in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating relevant distribution lists.
  • Coordination and facilitation of various client communications channels.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of marketing processes and procedures to deliver productivity enhancement across the organisation.
  • Assist in reporting marketing and business development analytics and metrics to the Management Team.
  • Responsible for recording and reporting the firm's Net Promoter Score including sending review surveys to clients.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects where applicable.

Skills required for the role:

  • Bright, articulate and able to react quickly to different situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good design skills; experience of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A good team player
  • Detail orientated and well organised

Experience requirements:

  • Degree educated - Minimum 2:1
  • CRM experience is advantageous but not essential

The base compensation per annum is contingent upon proven experience, in addition a discretionary bonus plan and competitive benefits plan is offered.
