Evening Legal Secretary

A hugely successful US law firm, located a short walk from Bank, Fenchurch Street or Liverpool Street stations, is currently looking for a new Evening Legal Secretary to work from 8pm to 3am.

You will be working as a part of team of secretaries who have a reputation for being welcoming.

You'll be dealing with overflow typing and amending documents, diary management, booking flights and hotels, liaising with other staff in reprographics and facilities, helping out wherever you can and providing document and PA support for the Attorneys who are working into the night.

The offices boast some of the best views in town and with a friendly culture that promotes involvement and support, you could find yourself wishing you had decided to make this move years ago.

For a position working what some say is unsociable hours, it's a pretty sociable role! Best of all, the firm offer a taxi home so there's no waiting around on a cold winter's night.
