Executive Assistant - Investment Banking Division

Investment Bank seeking Executive Assistants to support within their IB Division. 6 months temp to perm.

Your new company
Our client, a multinational investment bank based in Central London, are currently seeking Executive Assistants to support their teams within their Investment Banking Division. This is an initial six month temporary position with strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position.


Your new role

Duties will include but not be limited too:

• Complex diary management
• Arranging meetings with clients
• Organising travel and visas
• Processing expenses via Concur
• Handling compliance approvals
• Submitting call reports and I-track
• Arranging internal and external conference calls
• Coordinating team events

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking Assistants who have previously worked within IBD such as:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Leveraged Finance
• Equity Capital Markets
• Debt Capital Markets
• Restructuring

• TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications)
• Financial Institutions Group
• Energy
• Mining
• Healthcare
• Industrials
• Real Estate

What you'll get in return

You will receive an hourly rate of £22 plus holiday (£24 premium rate), with strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position.
