Project Coordinator

We have a sought-after opportunity for a creative and organised Project Coordinator to join a global company who facilitate learning using actors to help their clients transform working cultures in a fun and positive way.

Based in creative and buzzy offices in the Docklands area, as Project Coordinator it will be your responsibility to know exactly what’s going on with all client project work and oversee client projects while working closely with other team members. As a result, you must be a dab-hand at multitasking and used to working with lots of logistics.

To be considered as Project Coordinator for this exciting role, you must have experience dealing with clients, logistics and working as part of a team. Perhaps your background is in casting, or managing multiple bookings of some sort, or maybe you’ve worked in recruitment or managed client projects as an account exec.

Duties of this fantastic Project Coordinator role are below:

• Working autonomously on self-managed projects as well as within a team
• Advising on casting, booking actors and delivery team for client projects
• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Managing all project logistics and details relating to projects
• Booking project travel and accommodation
• Maintaining client project records on the database
• Providing onsite assistance with live events and video shoots
• Arranging auditions for actors and reviewing casting requirements to build a pool of actors
• Maintaining excellent communication with the team and other colleagues
• Working closely with the team leader on ensuring processes and workflow runs smoothly
• Actively taking part in internal projects and events and proposal and tender processes
