Part-time - 4 days a week - Executive Assistant and Office Manager – up to £35k
A medical charity is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to come in part-time – 4 days a week. Located in a beautiful building near Regents’ Park with a friendly team of 3.
This is a role with multiple aspects to it:
The successful Executive Assistant and Office Manager will be bright, happy to take ownership of their work, and will have solid experience in event management. They will be a fast typist with audio skills, and will be confident taking minutes. Experience in InDesign will be essential, and basic SAGE would be desirable.

- Managing and promoting events, including venues, sponsors, marketing, and mailouts.
- Using InDesign to help produce the Annual Report, quarterly newsletters and leaflets. Dealing with the Journal Publishers, and Editors – as well as promoting the journal. Updating the website and using social media to raise the profile of the organisation.
- Liaising with the Committee chairs and members for the meetings, being the first point of contact for all membership queries and for Regional Advisors, running student competitions and advertising to medical schools.
