Team Assistant, The City

Proactive, super hardworking and dynamic Team Assistant needed for high profile international private equity business based in The City. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to support the Head of the Team predominantly, and 6 team members to a lesser extent. This dynamic and fast paced PA / Team Assistant role will be classic duties in nature, with lots of deadlines and constantly changing priorities.

• Responsibilities include diary management, travel, visas, expenses and ad-hoc projects (events).
• Being the ‘go to’ person for the team, acting as a lynch pin for any and all requests.
• Ownership of the office management, including ordering of stationery and other office supplies, being the ‘go to’ person for anything relating to office facilities.
• Supporting in the preparation of papers, reports and presentations.
• Supporting the Assistants and providing holiday/sickness cover for other PAs 
• Processing invoices and expenses for the team, ensuring adherence with relevant policies and procedures.
• Booking meeting rooms and catering if required.
• Being the point of contact for visitors / collecting visitors for the team.

This exceptional opportunity will offer a salary of 33 - 36 k plus bonus, and an incredible wider benefits package

The ideal TA for this role will have:

• Ideally a strong degree in a traditional or academic subject (or equivalent) or A-C at A Level
• Some exposure to financial services, tech, healthcare, consultancy or executive search incl. working under pressure and to tight deadlines + travel/logistics & diary management.
