Administrator needed for luxury fashion brand!

A renowned, luxury fashion brand are seeking a temporary administrator to help in their customer services department over the busy period leading up to Christmas.

This is a 3 month contract, staring on the 14th of October. Paying g £24,000 pro rata. Bases in their head office in Battersea

Ideally we are looking for someone with strong Ecommerce customer service experience in retail, and preferably someone who has worked during a sale period / Black Friday type of event

Responsibilities:

• To handle phone calls and emails with customers which include, but are not limited to, orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, repairs, fraudulent transactions, providing information and dealing with customer complaints.

• To process Bespoke templates for phone and online orders (Bespoke training will be given).

•To provide and maintain reports on fraud, cancellations, returns and reasons for refunds as will be defined by the Senior Associate – Customer Services.

• To action all returns with the appropriate method or procedure.

• To provide additional support to the Customer Services team and work closely with the Digital team on key projects, particularly around stock management, transactional customer communications and web content.

•                  Provide general support including additional duties when and where necessary.

• Understanding of the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.

• Empathetic listening skills.

• Interest in the luxury brand industry would be preferred

• Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office
