Trading floor Team Assistant/PA for Top City Investment Bank start asap

Working on this exciting, fast paced Trading floor of this top tier Investment bank you will be part of a motivated team of professional Assistants.  As a Team Assistant you will be supporting MD's & their teams, building your network and knowledge of the Securities trading floor.  Your role will involve strong organisation, diary management and client interaction.  This is an excellent intro into this fantastic company and division with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Key duties

• Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD level
• Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
• Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner.
• Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including:
  • Visa applications
  • International flight & accommodation bookings
  • Car bookings
• Expense management and preparation
• Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
• Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
• Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday ( c3 days 8am - 5pm/ c2 days 8am to 6pm)

• potential to earn £45-49K whilst temping
