We are looking for an experienced Administrator for our client in Paddington. This will be an ongoing temporary position to start ASAP to provide support across the office.
They are looking for someone with proven experience within an Admin support position, you will be required to cover reception when necessary, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, liaise with a number of different departments providing admin support as and when needed.
They are ideally looking for someone with some finance experience, as you will be supporting the finance team. You will be reporting into the Office Manager, working alongside and providing support to the Team Assistants too. This is a great role for someone looking to build on their existing skills.
You must have excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel, be organised with excellent attention to detail. You must be flexible and have the ability to switch between tasks whilst maintaining a high level of work.
You must be available immediately and be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
