  • Manage and be responsible for own ledger of a minimum 300 customers
  • Develop commercial relationships with the customer base and internal stakeholders
  • Work within the agreed credit control structure and processes ensuring the profitability of the business through efficient and effective credit control
  • Escalate issues via the appropriate channels and relevant applications (e.g CRM)
  • Manage invoice disputes and provide an effective solution
  • Daily cash allocation within agreed timescales
  • Management of own customer queries and personal emails
  • Manage any bespoke invoice requirements for your customer base
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email and resolving customer queries
  • Manage aged debt and cash collection in line with set KPI’s
  • Send out copy invoices; statements when necessary
  • Maintain correct and up-to-date customer details and account records

A Few Things About You

  • You will probably have worked in a commercial customer service environment that is KPI driven
  • Experience of cash collection would be a bonus
