- Manage and be responsible for own ledger of a minimum 300 customers
- Develop commercial relationships with the customer base and internal stakeholders
- Work within the agreed credit control structure and processes ensuring the profitability of the business through efficient and effective credit control
- Escalate issues via the appropriate channels and relevant applications (e.g CRM)
- Manage invoice disputes and provide an effective solution
- Daily cash allocation within agreed timescales
- Management of own customer queries and personal emails
- Manage any bespoke invoice requirements for your customer base
- Liaise with customers via telephone and email and resolving customer queries
- Manage aged debt and cash collection in line with set KPI’s
- Send out copy invoices; statements when necessary
- Maintain correct and up-to-date customer details and account records
A Few Things About You
- You will probably have worked in a commercial customer service environment that is KPI driven
- Experience of cash collection would be a bonus
