An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an HR Administrator Manager within a well-respected Private Bank located in Central London. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What will the role include?
The role of the HR Administration Manager is to provide efficient and pro-active support with the HR team; with a focus on complex administration and recruitment tasks.
In addition:
- Heavy excel usage - data manipulation, internal reports and general information gathering.
- Using PowerPoint for the creation of graphs and charts.
- Recruitment support to Senior Managers and the Head of HR.
- General HR and Recruitment administration as required.
- Caseload management and support.
- Onboarding new staff including.
- Distribution of internal post.
- Processing invoices.
- Process employee amendments.
- Escalating new starter and leaver issues.
- Process leavers.
- Occasional project work.
About You
- Experience within Banking or financial services advantageous - not essential
- Relevant personnel or HR related qualification.
- Previous experience within a similar position.
- Exceptional IT skills including good Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart and professional personal presentation.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Pro-active approach to your work.
- Ability to manage a fast pace and busy workload.

The HR Administration Manager is a 12-month fixed term contract with an immediate start. The applicable basic salary would be up to £40,000pa (dependent on experience).
