We are looking for an experienced Private PA to support an UHNWI from their Estate in North Oxfordshire. Working alongside and reporting to the Principal’s Chief Operating Officer, you will be required to handle all private matter for the Principal. Experience in event management, organising high end private travel and general management of UHNW lifestyles is essential. This may involve working from the Principal’s home on various occasions.
Hours: Full time
Location: North Oxfordshire
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Diary Management
- Outstanding filing, digital filing, archiving system set up and maintenance
- Close coordination with the senior household staff to ensure the smooth running of the household
- Researching ad hoc subjects as requested
- Liaising with the wider family office / business team, external organisations and the Principal’s household staff and driver
- Liaison with all external service providers
- Arranging complex, domestic and international travel itineraries for the Principals and their family as required, including VIP services, hotel bookings, transfers, foreign currency, visas etc.
- Processing invoices and completing expenses for the Principal, EA and household staff as required.
- Handling all incoming correspondence and general email enquiries and responding personally where appropriate.
- Updating the Principal’s daily schedule with the EA, checking that all details are correct and that an accurate daily history is saved and filed; distributing the schedule to the Principal residences
- Booking personal appointments
- Work in close collaboration with personal shoppers / stylists, maids regarding wardrobe management
Candidates must be / have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supporting UHNWIs
- Presentable and professional at all times
- High degree of confidentiality and sense of privacy
- Proactive and attentive
- Strong administrative skills
- Quick thinking with initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Hospitality background could be beneficial
