Switchboard Operator with Reception Cover

We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator for a well-established Insurance firm based near Aldgate, to work 5 days per week.

Working hours as below;
Monday - Wednesday11 - 19
Thursday - Friday 15 - 19

Stunning offices in the City, my client is keen to find someone who is happy working on there own in the Switchboard room, as well as being confident to cover the front of house Reception desk when needed.

Daily duties will include:
*Managing a busy switchboard and taking accurate messages
*Managing the diaries for all meeting rooms
*Ordering office supplies
*Processing invoices and expenses
*Maintaining filing, correspondence and photocopying
*Any ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will need to be a team player who has the ability to adapt quickly to their surroundings and possess excellent communication skills. You will need to have switchboard experience, be available to start immediately and commit on an ongoing basis.
