I am looking for a highly experienced Property Assistant to join a growing real estate company based in the City who has knowledge of property and lettings. You will be confident, adaptable and have the ability to cope with a multi-faceted role that is very fast-paced.  

Duties:

-       Provide suppliers with relevant information for upcoming check outs and utilities etc.
-       Key management - maintain existing database and issuing of keys to internal and external suppliers including stock management
-       Update and upload documents to database and maintain CRM database
-       Manage in-bound post and action utility bills as necessary
-       Assist Property Manager Team with the uploading, validation checks, and processing of invoices and invoice amendments as required
-       Assist Property Managers/Service Centre with outbound correspondence via post or email to existing residents, and with immediate tenant matters
-       Assisting with administrative projects such as HMO Licence applications, new acquisition information and departmental projects
-       Provide general administrative support to the Property Managers on a day to day basis and during special projects 
-       Provide administrative support to Property Managers in the ongoing management of compliance
-       Conduct contractor vetting, due diligence and maintain supplier databases
-       Other tasks as needed
