A global, fast-growing and hugely successful professional services organisation is looking for a recruitment manager to run the recruitment of their European recruitment.

Based in fantastic central London offices, as recruitment manager you’ll be managing a team of five who are based in the London office whilst managing processes and stakeholders globally.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree) alongside proven experience in corporate or campus recruitment. You must have managed or delegated to junior recruiters, resourcers or coordinators, preferably within professional services. Agency or executive search will also be considered.

As recruitment manager, your duties will include the below:

  • Manage a team of five recruiters and coordinators with a view to expanding the team
  • Onboard new team members and manage your team’s performance and professional development
  • Partner with the global recruitment team and participate in the firm’s recruitment initiatives
  • Conduct high volume interviews to gain a strong understanding of the talent market
  • Own and delegate the candidate management and administrative processes to include screening applications, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates from initial application to onboarding of new staff
  • Ensure the talent proposition is continuously refined and suitably positioned in the talent marketplace
  • Keep up to date with hiring trends and implement creative strategies to run new initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline
  • Focus on digital campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to identify, engage and evaluate a wide range of candidates
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline to include key metrics to identify areas of opportunity
  •  Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s core values and key competencies necessary for all hires
  • Train new interviewers on evaluating talent and continuously assess the interview process
  • Ensure a key focus on candidate conversion to convert top talent to hires
  • Keep track of data, trends and reporting to ensure strategic decisions are made
  • Regularly liaise with hiring managers and the core leadership team to identify hiring needs and key candidates
