HR Advisor

Our client, a Special FX and visual narrative agency based in West End are immediately looking for a HR Advisor who will assist the HR Manager in delivering an efficient and professional HR service to managers and employees The HR Advisor must possess the full breadth of generalist HR knowledge and skills to help deliver an efficient and professional HR service within a creative media environment.  The service must fully support and respond to the business requirements whilst championing the welfare of its most important asset; people.  You will have well developed people skills and the ability to react and adapt to a very fast-paced working environment.  You will have a perceptive nature as well as excellent judgement in a variety of situations plus a natural flair for dealing with employees at all levels. You will be responsible for on boarding, ER, and assist with employee wellness campaigns and staff welfare. You will have a strong understanding of employment law and have previous experience of payroll. This is a generalist role where you are involved in a number of HR projects at any one time. You will have at least 4 years HR experience and be looking for an interim role.
