Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrator, this is a rare interim opportunity. Working as part of a dynamic organisation. Supporting a busy admin function, working hours are 9 - 2 pm Monday - Friday.

Client Details

The client is a large organisation based in Middleton. They are looking to recruit an interim part time administrator.

There is a strong possibility of an extension.

Description

The key responsibilities of the interim part time administrator are:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Office management
  • Ordering Office supplies ensuring the kitchen is stocked
  • Sorting incoming post and filling
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Liaising with office engineers and professionals within the organisation
  • Answering the phone in a polite manner
  • First point of contact for visitors
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Profile

To be successful in applying for the interim Part time administrator you will be:

  • Immediately available
  • Happy with 25 hour per week
  • Can do attitude

Job Offer

£10 - 13 per hour + Parking + Possibility of an extension
