We have an exciting new role for an experienced Team Assistant to join a privately owned multinational enterprise based in Mayfair.

The ideal candidate will report to both the Group Head of Strategy and the Senior HR Generalist allowing you to gain a unique and well-rounded experience at board level and with the main pillars of human resourcing.

You will coordinate meetings, interviews, diaries, organise complex global travel, expenses, document creation, and act as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders. You will provide assistance to visitors to the London office as well as your colleagues.

You will need to have a proven record of PA or EA experience supporting senior global executives and admin experience at an investment or finance company assisting up to 2 stakeholders. You will need to be degree-educated with a keen eye for detail and preferably with a numerically inclined mind-set.
