The Company
Our client, a well established Investment House based in the heart of the city, are looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to meet and greet their corporate clients and ensure that all front of house areas and meeting rooms are immaculately presented. You will be well presented and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to join leading organisation with prestigious offices.
The Role
Facilitating the smooth running of the office, ensuring that all administration processes and systems work efficiently and effectively.
Maintaining and monitoring supplies of stationery and making sure office equipment is regularly serviced and maintained.
Managing multiple meeting rooms, ensuring they are immaculate for all meetings and stocking up refreshments and supplies
First point of contact for visitors
Fielding and directing of calls, post and emails
The Person
Immaculately presented
Must be confident working autonomously
Must have Reception and Office Coordination experience
Good eye for detail
Have a welcoming approach and will go above and beyond
Good organisational and communication skills
