Receptionist 

Our client a leading provider of office and co-working space around London are seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. As the Receptionist you will assist the Centre Manager to pro-actively manage and market the Business Centre. Whether you have a previous experience as a Receptionist or are currently working in a hospitality or retail environment looking for an entry role into a commercial business environment this could be the role for you. If you have strong customer service experience and love being around people then this company offers exciting opportunities for growth and development in a fun, buzzy and vibrant surrounding. 

Main Responsibilities for the Receptionist will include: 

  • Be the first point of contact ensuring a warm, welcoming, helpful, efficient and responsive reception service for customers, telephone callers and visitors to the Centre.  Liaise with all existing customers and potential new customers to strengthen and increase good customer relationships by understanding them and their business.  Assist in organising, managing and hosting of events to help promote customers, build communities, new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders.  Use relevant social media platforms (i.e. Twitter) to increase awareness of both customers and the Centre and assisting in production and distribution of newsletter  Assume role of Senior Marshall and co-ordinate fire evacuations as required
