A leading retailer requires a bright administrator with strong Excel skills to work in their merchandising team in their London Head Office. This is a temp role with an immediate start and for the right person, could become permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing stock allocation to stores
  • Running reports using Excel
  • Liaising with store managers, warehouse staff and buying team
  • Analysing data and managing database system

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Advanced Excel including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
  • Graduate calibre
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure environment with good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration role within an office environment
