Our client, an exciting, global animation and production company, is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their London based office. This is a full-on role handling both business and private duties so requires someone adept at dealing with the 360 role. In return, you will be supporting in a varied role at the highest level. You will gain exposure to a global business and work in partnership with your exec. This is an amazing business, with creativity at its core so an exciting company to be a part of; the people are fantastic, the environment is fluid and ever-changing and there is a PA network to be a part of. In addition, there are always fun events to get involved in and the people are well taken care of!

This EA role is extremely varied and heavily focussed on the private side. Day to day you could be handling anything from coordinating family holidays to setting up large-scale meetings for the C-suite. You will be the ‘go to’ for everything so should be comfortable liaising with staff, organising parties, gifting, managing personal appointments and much more on the private side. In addition, you will also be the main POC for all things business including extensive travel, diary and meeting management. This is a full-on role, requiring someone who is not precious at all and who understands the nature of a business and private position.

To be considered for this role, you should be a seasoned PA/EA with extensive private experience and used to always being 2 steps ahead! You will have a creative background – either production, TV or similar. You will have top class communication skills and be resilient with the confidence to push back and manage up. You will be bubbly and friendly, able to build relationships easily and able to manage often conflicting priorities in a charming and discreet way.
