Extremely exciting opportunity for an individual with reception or office support experience and who is looking for the next step in their career. This is a Team Administration role working for a private equity company based in their beautiful offices in central London. This is a varied Administration role working closely with the team of PAs and the successful applicant will be able to support the PA team and learn from them. Duties will include; sending letter, monitoring and updating the data base, organising travel, reception cover, creating reports and ordering suppliers. It is a first step for anyone who wants to be a PA!

 

Ideally, candidate should be educated to a minimum of A level standard and should have relevant administration or reception experience. A can do approach to work is essential, as are strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a professional, team environment. Available ASAP for a temp to perm.
