What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the recruitment team of 4 internally

Key duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Managers
• Liaise with applicants, recruiters and line managers to help manage the recruitment process.
• Arrange interviews for applicants with recruitment manager and line managers, highlighting any relevant issues as appropriate
• Advise applicants on the interview and selection process.
• Manage room bookings in required office locations for all interviews.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and issuing service level agreements with new agencies where appropriate.
• Communicate verbal offers with future candidates ensuring that delivery is articulate and relevant information is well explained.
• Act as first point of contact for telephone queries from candidates, agency suppliers and line managers.
