Ambitious Team PA needed to support the Construction Director and team at a new start up construction business

Your new company

This ambitious new start-up are based in brand new offices in the desirable London Bridge area. They are growing rapidly and are looking for a Team PA to match their ambition. They have a flat structure and offer a very modern working environment. They are being privately backed by a global investor and have big plans for the future.

Your new role

You will be supporting the Construction and Development team providing secretarial and administrative support. You will be required to write up and produce reports on various sites, format letters and liaise with the EA and Office Manager to ensure a smooth running of the office. They are the type of company where everyone mucks in to create a friendly forward thinking working environment.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have experience as a PA or Team Assistant working within a Construction and Development team or business. You will have experience creating reports, managing busy diaries and working in fast paced environment. Demonstration of Team Work will be needed. Ideally you will be an ambitious, open minded and hard working PA.
