Retail Administrator

Our client, a prestigious company based in Central London, require a Retail Administrator in the lead up to Christmas. This is a temporary position which is expected to last for 8 weeks and is paying £11-12 P/H plus holiday pay.

Main duties of this Retail Administrator position are:

  • Taking minutes and arranging meeting follow ups
  • Coordination and communication of targets
  • Travel coordination and booking
  • Coordinate uniform allocation and roll out
  • Producing excel reports
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Monitor and co-ordinate the Workplace group
  • Preparation of retailer marketing presentations
  • Other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience. You will have excellent attention to detail, be ready to work in a vibrant and busy office. A strong communicator and enthusiastic demeanour are essential.
