Our client, a growing, small company based in lovely offices in North London, requires an Account Manager to start ASAP. The focus of this role is to ensure the services supplied are completed as per the target dates and ensuring the client's needs and expectations are met. This is a permanent position and is paying £28,000 p/a

The main duties of the Account Manager are:

  • Establish positive relationships with key personnel within the client organisation
  • Coordinate the programme of works for the organisation including planning, resourcing and trouble shooting
  • Assess the programme of works and streamline where possible
  • Meet programme deadlines
  • Manage and resolve all programme and property related queries within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure property data is cleansed, accurate and any changes are updated
  • Have full understanding of the client, their programme of works and provide operational updates when required

The successful candidate will have similar experience working within the property industry. You need to have excellent communications skills both written and spoken and have the ability to quickly and easily build rapport with clients. You need to be extremely organised, have a flexible approach to work and responsibilities, be motivated and are looking to excel at what you do. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to manage multiples tasks simultaneously and prioritise where necessary. You must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and be fluent in English (written and spoken).
