LMA have partnered with a Marketing company based in Ealing. They have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to join them on a temporary basis with a possible view to become permanent. This is an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who is professional, competent, hardworking, confident, self-motivated and personable, who is able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a small team.
Some duties will include:
- Recruitment of new starters
- Assisting with employee orientation
- Dealing with employee relations
- Benefits administration
- Managing Payroll
- Assisting with contracts
- On and off boarding of staff
- All associated administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Human Resources team is essential (3/4 years)
- Strong admin skills
- Proficiency in MS Office inclusive of Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a confidential environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- High levels of professionalism
- Extremely strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
