Our client, a world renowned producer of luxury goods is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Studio Coordinator to work alongside their Group Marketing Director in their small office and showroom in Central London!

Working for this company would be an amazing opportunity for someone looking for variety in their role and to get involved in the finer details of the business. As EA you will be covering the typical day to day PA duties such as booking meetings, conferences and international travel, creating detailed itineraries, preparing presentations, managing a busy diary and dealing with any expenses. The office management side to the role will see you liaising with the landlord, dealing with facilities and IT issues both in the office and showroom where you will be splitting your time. Half the job will be liaising with the small Marketing team and getting stuck into the Marketing side of the business and even helping out on campaigns and events! At the same time you must be the first point of contact on reception, meeting and greeting clients, and making sure the showroom runs at its best at all times!

The ideal person for this role will have 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, past experience in an Office Manager role or managing a showroom, a humanities degree and an interest in getting involved in the Marketing and the Events side of the business. Due to management being based in Italy an Italian speaker would be a huge plus! Exceptional proofreading and writing skills are key to this role along with being flexible with your time. As a person, you must be calm under pressure, reliable and a natural problem solver. Being mature and self-sufficient is key to this role as you will spend half the day in an office often working autonomously and the other half helping out in the showroom working alongside a close knit team. Despite the autonomous PA side to this role, the team downstairs are a lovely bunch so a good sense of humour and friendly attitude would be very welcome!

If you think you would be perfect for this role, please apply now!
