Travelling EA role – requires mother tongue English with fluent French

This HNW individual requires a fabulous PA/EA with fluent spoken and written English and French to assist him around the world. You would be one of two rotating UK based PAs and would spend a vast majority of your time travelling (predominantly to Monaco, New York and St. Moritz). This role therefore only suits someone that is looking for EXTENSIVE travel (which is often very last minute with ever changing schedules). The role will include both business and private duties and as this principal has a number of people supporting him you will need to have first class communication skills and diplomacy.  He has 3 grown up children who require support which involves organising a lot of international travel.   You must be very self-motivated and happy to work alone and be able to liaise with HNWIs who can be exceptionally demanding.  Attention to detail is key as you will be working on a variety of projects throughout the year.  It would also be incredibly beneficial to be a driver.  This is a fabulous opportunity for someone that wants to travel to fabulous locations and work amongst a fascinating and incredibly generous family.  The following traits are required:

• Fluent French & English (80% of role in English)

• 3 years plus PA experience
• Strong and flexible character
• Calming presence
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Highly articulate
• Experience of dealing with HNWIs
• High level of intelligence
• Italian and German languages would be an added bonus

Salary £50-60k depending on experience
