Your new role
My client is seeking temporary administrators to join their growing and fast paced business, you will be working within the Customer Service team, on-boarding new accounts and members for the business.

You will be speaking to prospective members, scanning documents, checking through registration details as a part of the on-boarding process throughout your day to day, so a confident phone manner is a plus. If you thrive in customer service and target driven environments and have a meticulous attention to detail, then this is the role for you! Within the team your role will rotate shifts, you will be required to work some weekends and evenings on different weeks - working 4 days on, with 3 days off.

What you'll need to succeed
* Be confident, outgoing and enthusiastic with an excellent telephone manner
* Previous Financial services experience
* You will be self-motivated and conscientious, wanting to make a real difference to the business
* Ability to be able to listen, learn and adapt to feedback
* Office administration background
* Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings is absolutely necessary
