Our client, a highly regarded UK accountancy firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Private Wealth and Estates department in their City office.
This role will be offered initially as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of it becoming permanent in due course.
The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include:
Answering telephone calls Photocopying, binding, scanning and printing Opening and distributing post Assisting the departments secretaries with duties such as typing, preparing correspondence, booking travel and organising client events Data input Setting up clients on the CRM system Sending mail merges
Administrative Assistant - what we're looking for:
6-12 months in an administrative role, ideally within a Corporate or Professional Services environment Strong MS Office Suite, and a fast and accurate typing speed GCSE Maths and English at least a grade C Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A confident approach and the ability to use your initiative
