Our client, a highly regarded UK accountancy firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Private Wealth and Estates department in their City office.

This role will be offered initially as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of it becoming permanent in due course.

The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Photocopying, binding, scanning and printing
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Assisting the departments secretaries with duties such as typing, preparing correspondence, booking travel and organising client events
  • Data input
  • Setting up clients on the CRM system
  • Sending mail merges

  • Administrative Assistant - what we're looking for:

  • 6-12 months in an administrative role, ideally within a Corporate or Professional Services environment
  • Strong MS Office Suite, and a fast and accurate typing speed
  • GCSE Maths and English at least a grade C
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident approach and the ability to use your initiative
