Team Assistant - Building Consultancy
Baker Street, London
Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, our Project & Building Consultancy department are recruiting for a Team Assistant to support the Building Consultancy team with general administration, Marketing and the upkeep of their Systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Report writing, diary and email management; document preparation, travel arrangement and creating PowerPoint presentations when required.
- This is a great opportunity for someone to come into a busy and growing department with a great reputation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a Secretarial role and will have experience with copy typing.
- The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
- You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
- You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office especially PowerPoint.
