Assistant to Managers of a Global Management Consultancy named "One of the best places to work in the world" - Excellent Benefits & working environment!!

£34,750 plus a range of excellent benefits including between 10-18% performance bonus!

Role outline:
- To provide high-quality administrative support to a Manager and their principal allocation (average five), and where necessary, additional administrative support to their case teams.
- Extensive complex diary and travel management
- Additional activities outside of the core case requirements

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Manager assistance:
- Successfully manage busy and ever evolving diaries, proactively managing when schedules change. Re-scheduling complex meeting and travel itineraries often at short notice.
- Extensive internal and external meeting scheduling; building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts.
- Working with the travel company to co-ordinate sophisticated travel itineraries and administering the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation. Proactively pre-empting travel plans.
- Setting up regular check-ins to create and maintain a relationship management plan.
- Providing logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research.
- Processing time and expense submissions. Managing complex expenses; running bank statement reconciliation and processing foreign currency receipts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assisting Managers with their non-consulting internal assignments, leveraging their time to manage this accordingly.

Case team co-ordination:
- Extensive liaison within the consultant teams, with fellow MAs, EAs and all other departments.
- Assist in the case team 'kick-off' processes; creating, maintaining and updating PowerPoint slides for kick-off meetings and weekly case team meetings.
- All case team administration, including travel logistics, contact management and meeting scheduling, both internally and externally.
- Assist the case team with travel bookings.
- Organising case team events, sourcing venues and activities.

Additional activities:
- Provide support and cover for other MAs.
- Involvement in internal office-wide projects.
- Any other duties which are compatible with the main role objective.

Essential qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience supporting multiple people within an administrative capacity.
- Fully proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience of working in a demanding environment.
- Ideally 'A' level standard education.
