Studio Manager - City of London - £25,000 - £30,000

A multidisciplinary design studio creating imaginative visual communications for brands, organisations, destinations, film and TV clients are on the search for a driven and passionate Studio Manager to become an intergral part of their friendly team.

You will be apart of a relaxed atmosphere with an experimental approach to creativity. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated teammate who shares passion for ingenuity. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to grow their career in managament or producing. As well as managing the studio you will also get the chance to produce a wide range of outputs such as photoshoots, film and animation.

Duties:

• Manage projects, building rapport with clients and ensuring they receive a great service
• Ensure that the studio runs smoothly, including deadlines, meet and greet, etc
• Manage petty cash expenditure, invoicing & quotes
• Produce shoots - still & motion
• Source locations and props for shoot
• Organising travel & logistics for the team
• Ad-hoc administration tasks
• PA to Director as needed
• Answer the phone and manage daily emails
• Responsible for project timesheets and financial reports
• Order and maintain stationery, tea, coffee, cleaning products etc

Essential Experience:

• Experience in a design studio and/or in management - 1 year
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Budget management experience
• Interest in design, film and animation
