Corporate US Law Firm based in stunning offices in the City is looking to hire a new Attorney Recruiting Assistant/Coordinator to join them on an initial 9 month basis, with a view to going permanent.  This role will be providing support with attorney recruiting-related tasks an procedures.  Responsibilities will include working with Partners to understand departmental needs to communicate to recruitment agencies, building relationships with recruiters, keeping track of fee agreements with recruitment agencies, passing on CVs to hiring partners and managers, then processing candidates ensuring they all get a response, keeping track of the status of candidates and logging their progress in all appropriate firm systems, collecting interview feedback and passing onto recruiters, scheduling interviews and greeting lateral candidates, and handling new tasks as they arise.  Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office programmes as well as excellent communication skills and be highly organised plus be a real team player and have a professional approach to work.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however candidates should have a flexible attitude to their work and previous Recruitment/HR experience within a law firm would be highly advantageous.
