If so, this is the perfect Receptionist role for you!
My clients are seeking a warm, proactive, personable, professional Receptionist to join their front desk to create/provide an exceptional service to their guests.
Responsibility:
- Full management of a busy reception desk.
- Be the first point of contact for any IT issues and being able to use your initiate to escalate any issues.
- Enjoy the receptionist area is presentable at all times.
- Distributing post, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery and ad-hoc facilities management support.
Requirements:
- Corporate Receptionist experience.
- Experience within the Financial Services is beneficial.
- IT literate - intermediate level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm
