If so, this is the perfect Receptionist role for you!

My clients are seeking a warm, proactive, personable, professional Receptionist to join their front desk to create/provide an exceptional service to their guests.

Responsibility:

  • Full management of a busy reception desk.
  • Be the first point of contact for any IT issues and being able to use your initiate to escalate any issues.
  • Enjoy the receptionist area is presentable at all times.
  • Distributing post, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery and ad-hoc facilities management support.

Requirements:

  • Corporate Receptionist experience.
  • Experience within the Financial Services is beneficial.
  • IT literate - intermediate level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm
