Junior PA Very exciting position for a junior PA looking to start their career! We are seeking a motivated, professional, energetic, team player who ideally has a secretarial qualification. The junior PA will be assisting the senior PA with overflow duties and will have the opportunity to support their own team. If you are willing to learn, work hard and are looking for a challenging position please apply. This junior PA role is based in stunning offices with amazing views, in the City! Paying £25,000-£30,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities include
*Diary management
*Arranging travel bookings
*Organise meetings
*Office duties - maintaining the stock, making refreshments
*Disrupting the post
*Answering the switchboard and transfer calls
*Overflow PA duties
