What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Key duties: EA to Head of Asset Management, Head of Finance, and Asset Management Team (Partners x 4)

Key duties: This is fairly classic EA role - diary management, booking travel (no international travel) setting up conference calls, organising events including a large event in Cannes, France. Dealing with correspondence, in box management, Typing up dictation, expense reconciliation, updating information on CRM (Yardie)

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role supporting busy Directors in small to medium sized organisation. Open on background and sector experience.

Qualifications: If you have any languages that would be a real advantage. Spoken and Written English is vital! Proof reading ability is also a big plus!

Availability: Notice period of no more than 1 month is fine.
