Team Assistant
A global finance company is seeking a highly motivated, organised and proactive Team Assistant - supporting a team of 15. Most of the team are self-sufficient, however you must be able to priorities' a busy workload. The company offer a small amount of training but you must have experience in a similar position. This really is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant looking to for a new challenge. Paying £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits - depending on experience. A quiet environment, however incredibly busy!
Duties:
*Arranging travel and hotel bookings
*Preparing Powerpoint presentations
*Processing expenses and invoice's
*Covering for the PA's when on holiday
*Organising an accurate diary
*Keeping confidential records and information
*Scheduling meetings
*Typing and updating the database
*General administration
You must be efficient, flexible and ready for a challenge. You must be a team player and have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of the Microsoft packages is essential.
