Creative Assistant/Studio Coordinator - Photography

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced creative assistant to work in partnership with one of the UK’s leading photographers. The role is a mix of personal and creative assistance and duties include personal admin, project management of studio projects along with creative support to the photographer and their work. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment whilst being exceptionally organised with strong administration skills. You will be responsible for looking after and maintaining the studio, assisting with equipment set up, importing images to capture one, writing retouch notes, looking after social media posts, proposal writing, basic IT support, creating schedules and some light PA assistance.

You must be exceptionally proactive and highly organised, ideally with a background in photography or studio/production assistance, having supported a creative team or individual in a similar studio environment. Knowledge of Capture One and Photoshop is exceptionally beneficial and a publishing knowledge or background would be preferable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential to the role.
